FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, ALWAYS.
We'll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico—for free. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping services are available at checkout for additional cost. Items purchased with expedited shipping need to be placed before 2pm PST in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
All customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been successfully placed. It will include both the order number and shipping method. Please ensure the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect once they are on route.

Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 1 - 2 business days. Order processing and shipping may take longer during holidays and sale periods and may also vary depending on item stock and availability.

amimarie.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving

To check the status of your order please email customerservice@amimarie.com.  Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

TAXES 
Sales tax will be charged where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

REFUNDS
If you’re not 100% happy with your Ami Marie purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for all unworn pieces in the original packaging. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund, and all refunds will be made to the same form of payment used to purchase the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Email us at returns@amimarie.com and we will help you with your return or exchange!
